SEE THE GOOD Challenge - 21 Days to Grow an Attitude of Gratitude
We are excited you are interested in joining our SEE THE GOOD Challenge! Let's build STRONG and GRATEFUL girls together!
Here’s how the SEE THE GOOD Challenge works:
1. DOWNLOAD AND PRINT THE GRATITUDE PROMPT CARDS - STRONG self(ie) wants to make this easy for you so we’ve created downloadable Gratitude Prompt Cards. Each card prompts your girl to consider things everywhere around us that she’s grateful for but probably doesn’t think about on a daily basis.
2. CUT THE CARDS OUT AND PLACE THEM IN A BOX, BOWL, JAR, OR BAG.
3. EACH DAY, FOR THE NEXT 21 DAYS, PICK A GRATITUDE PROMPT CARD.
4. TALK, WRITE, SHARE - Talk about your answers to the Gratitude Prompt Card. Write your answers down in a gratitude journal, sticky note, or piece of paper and save them in a jar or bowl. Share your gratitude with others… friends, neighbors, extended family… in person and on social media.
Be sure to include the hashtag #strongselfie so we can see all the things you're grateful for!
